TripAdvisor and our clients once again certify our excellence!

Once again, 8 of our hotels and one of our restaurants receive the “Certificate of Excellence 2018”.
We are very happy to share with you that this year our guests prefer us, and they express once again their satisfaction with our excellent service through their positive comments on the TripAdvisor network.
The Certificate of Excellence is awarded to approximately 10% of the businesses which appear on TripAdvisor and they must have obtained positive reviews in a continuous manner throughout the previous year.
This year, on top of receiving said recognition for 8 of our hotels, we have also been awarded recognition in a consecutive manner for our Café Restaurant San Pedro from the city of Cartagena, which belongs to our hotel chain. Being as such, the establishments in 2018 which received the Certificate of Excellence were:

- Decameron Ticuna
- Royal Decameron Club Caribbean
- Royal Decameron Cornwall Beach
- Aloft Bogotá
- Aloft San José
- Radisson San Isidro
- Radisson Miraflores
- Y el restaurante Café San Pedro.
It’s worth highlighting that, for the eighth consecutive year, the Hotel Royal Decameron Club Caribbean of Jamaica, as well as the Café Restaurant San Pedro, have received this global recognition, which makes them worthy of belonging to the “Hall of Fame”, a new program from TripAdvisor which recognizes the businesses which have received a Certificate of Excellence during 5 consecutive years.
These awards and distinctions awarded by the guests themselves are synonymous of our excellence in service, quality, and happiness that we offer day-to-day in each destination.
