As part of our complete bio-security plan, “Decameron Health Inclusive,” we have launched 2 new online services to avoid crowding in public areas and maintain social distancing thereby ensuring a safe environment for our guests and staff.

Online Check in: Check in is now available online which will allow all of our guests to save time by pre-registering all of their personal information on any mobile device from the safety of their home or office. Online check in will make room assignment faster and will help to avoid crowding in the public areas.
- 2. Restaurant Reservations: Guests will now be able to reserve their tables for a la carte restaurants on any mobile device, with a QR code that will be displayed in hotels. This will help maintain appropriate capacities in each restaurant and will avoid lines in public areas.
- 3.Transfers and Explorer tours: Now you can check the hotel-airport transfer schedules from the hotel and access all the information about the tours, their schedules and details to take into account.
Remember that the reservation of restaurants and Explorer transfers and tours can only be done at the hotel through apphotel.decameron.com or by scanning the QR code.
