Following the seismic event recorded in Panama, our operations and maintenance teams conducted the corresponding inspections at Grand Decameron Panama, confirming that the hotel has sustained no structural damage and experienced no operational disruptions.

The hotel continues to operate as usual, with all facilities and services available, and is prepared to welcome guests in accordance with its regular operations, maintaining its standards of safety, service, and quality.

To provide support and flexibility to our guests and customers, we have established a special rebooking policy for reservations with check-in dates between October 9 and October 12, 2026, subject to the following conditions:

· Same rate season: high, mid, or low season, according to the original reservation.

· Same hotel: Grand Decameron Panama.

· Same number of nights and the same days of the week as the original reservation.

· Same occupancy and guests as those included in the original reservation.

· Subject to availability at the time the change is requested.

Rebookings may be made for stays with a check-out date no later than November 9, 2026, subject to availability.

This policy may be extended or modified depending on how the situation evolves and operational requirements, until further notice.
