Garantías, Fianzas y/o Pólizas

Organización Decameron a través de sus sociedades y en calidad de Contratante podrá solicitar garantías, fianzas y/o pólizas acordes con la negociación y es obligación del futuro contratista y/o proveedor cumplir con la suscripción de estas, mantenerlas vigentes y actualizadas en los términos y/o plazos pactados en la negociación.

Las garantías, fianzas y/o pólizas que suscriba el contratista y/o proveedor deben emitirse a través de compañías legalmente constituidas y autorizadas para tal operación en el país donde se esté llevando la negociación o acorde con la legislación aplicable en el contrato y/o negociación (incluyen todos los documentos que hacen parte integral del a negociación tales como: propuestas, anexos de seguros, etc.).

Importante: Es responsabilidad exclusiva del contratista y/o proveedor presentar ante el corredor de Organización Decameron o su propio corredor, toda la información que se requiera para la constitución de garantías, fianzas y/o pólizas y efectuar el pago de la prima, previamente a la respectiva emisión de estas.

Guarantees, Bonds and/or Policies

Decameron Organization through its companies and as Contractor may request guarantees, bonds and/or policies in accordance with the negotiation and it is the obligation of the future contractor and/or supplier to comply with the subscription of these, keep them current and updated in the terms and / or terms agreed in the negotiation.

The guarantees, bonds and/or policies subscribed by the contractor and/or supplier must be issued through companies legally constituted and authorized for such operation in the country where the negotiation is taking place or in accordance with the applicable legislation in the contract and/or negotiation (include all the documents that are an integral part of the negotiation such as: proposals, insurance annexes, etc.).

Important: It is the sole responsibility of the contractor and/or supplier to submit to the Decameron Organization broker or their own broker, all the information required for the constitution of guarantees, bonds and/or policies and to make the payment of the premium, prior to their respective issuance.

Garanties, cautions et/ou polices

Decameron Organisation par l'intermédiaire de ses sociétés et en tant qu'entrepreneur peut demander des garanties, des cautions et/ou des politiques conformément à la négociation et il est de l'obligation du futur entrepreneur et/ou fournisseur de se conformer à la souscription de ceux-ci, de les tenir à jour et mis à jour dans le conditions et / ou conditions convenues lors de la négociation.

Les garanties, cautions et/ou polices souscrites par l'entrepreneur et/ou le fournisseur doivent être émises par l'intermédiaire de sociétés légalement constituées et autorisées pour cette opération dans le pays où la négociation a lieu ou conformément à la législation applicable dans le contrat et/ou négociation (inclure tous les documents qui font partie intégrante de la négociation tels que : propositions, annexes d'assurance, etc.).

Important: Il est de la seule responsabilité de l'entrepreneur et/ou du fournisseur de soumettre au courtier Decameron Organisation ou à son propre courtier, toutes les informations nécessaires à la constitution des garanties, cautions et/ou polices et d'effectuer le paiement de la prime, avant leur émission respective.
