When approving the reproduction of your Multimedia Content (as defined below), you certify the following:

• You have authorization from the parents of the minor for its publication.
• You are authorized by all the persons who intervene in the Multimedia Content.
• Your Multimedia Content does not breach and/or infringe any law of intellectual property, copyright, industrial property, personal data, consumer and/or Brand protection, among other rights that affect third parties.
• You are of legal age
• You agree with our privacy policy, which is found at Privacy Policy
• You are the owner or you control all rights over each one of the elements of the Multimedia Content.

We are pleased to have been the best hosts of your vacations. After responding to our message with the hashtag or the approval of your photos, texts and/or videos (Hereinafter “Multimedia Content”), you directly grant Hoteles Decameron Colombia S.A.S. and its affiliates (hereinafter “Decameron”) free permit to publish, copy, forward, share or repost the Multimedia Content in our website, mobile application and in our official Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, YouTube and Pinterest accounts (Hereinafter “Social Networks”), without limiting to restrictions in time, territories and/or media, under any brand that Decameron commercializes or exploits.

Also, you authorize us to carry out modifications or adaptations on the Multimedia Content, within the framework of the law, and we reserve the right to edit and/or delete the Multimedia Content from our Social Nets.

Finally, you acknowledge that Decameron has no responsibility for any use of part or all of the Multimedia Content, and you will keep it harmless jointly with its respective officers, directors, employees and agents, against all payments, damages, lawsuits, claims, and compensations that Decameron may have to assume as a result of the Multimedia Content.
