Decameron Hotels hereby informs the public, media outlets, clients, and commercial partners that the establishment Hotel Refugio Santa Inés, located in Tota (Boyacá), is not part of the Decameron Hotels chain, nor does it currently maintain any commercial, operational, or contractual relationship with the company.

The affiliation between Decameron Hotels and the aforementioned establishment ended in March 2025. To date, there is no existing agreement authorizing the use of Decameron’s brand, image, or distinctive trademarks.

In this regard, any communication, advertising, or visual elements featuring the Decameron brand by Hotel Refugio Santa Inés are unauthorized and do not represent the standards, services, or operations of our chain.

Decameron Hotels reaffirms its commitment to transparency with our clients and partners and encourages verifying all information exclusively through our official channels.

The company is currently pursuing the necessary actions to protect our brand integrity and prevent further market confusion.
