Travel with your service animal to our Decameron Hotels

At Decameron, we work to ensure that all our guests enjoy a comfortable, safe, and inclusive experience. Therefore, we have clear guidelines for the entry of service animals, guaranteeing everyone's well-being during their stay.

Currently, our hotels only allow the entry of service animals, meaning those trained to assist people with disabilities.

To travel with your service animal, it is important to consider some requirements. Before your arrival, you must have the corresponding documentation: up-to-date vaccination records, a current health certificate, animal identification, and the official certificate accrediting it as a service animal. Additionally, this request must be reported and authorized in advance by the hotel, as there is a limited number of pets allowed per property.

During your stay, your animal must always remain with you and use a leash or harness at all times. It may accompany you in guest areas, ensuring proper behavior and respecting the peace of others.

There is no charge for the service animal's accommodation. However, a refundable security deposit will be requested at check-in, which will be returned at the end of your stay if there are no damages or violations of the established conditions.

To guarantee an optimal experience for everyone, one service animal is allowed per room, and basic rules regarding care, hygiene, and control of the animal must be followed throughout the stay.

At Decameron, we remain committed to offering inclusive spaces where every guest can fully enjoy their vacation.
