Travel with your service animal to our Decameron Hotels

At Decameron, we work to ensure that all our guests enjoy a comfortable, safe, and inclusive experience. For this reason, we have clear guidelines for the entry of service animals, guaranteeing the well-being of everyone during their stay.

Currently, only service animals are allowed in our hotels; that is, those that have been trained to assist people with some type of disability.

To travel with your service animal, it is important to take into account some prerequisites. Before your arrival, you must have the corresponding documentation, such as an up-to-date vaccination record, current health certification, identification of the animal, and the official certificate that accredits it as a service animal. Additionally, this request must be reported and previously authorized by the hotel, as there is a limited number of animals allowed per property.

During your stay, your animal must always remain with you and use a leash or harness at all times. It may accompany you in the hotel areas designated for guests, always ensuring appropriate behavior and respecting the peace of others.

There is no fee for the accommodation of the service animal. However, at the time of check-in, a refundable security deposit will be requested, which will be returned at the end of your stay if there are no damages or non-compliance with the established conditions.

To guarantee an optimal experience for everyone, one service animal is allowed per room, and basic rules such as the care, hygiene, and control of the animal must be followed throughout the stay.

At Decameron, we remain committed to offering inclusive spaces where every guest can enjoy their vacation to the fullest.
