Terms and Conditions

• The published value is per adult per night, in quadruple accommodation, for a minimum stay of 2 consecutive nights in a standard room. Infants from 0 to 2 years old on the day of reservation use stay for free when sharing a room with at least one paying adult.
• Inquire about child rates at the time of booking. Children are considered minors between 3 and 11 years old at the time of reservation use.
• The discount applies only to the accommodation rate under the all-inclusive plan.
• 5 spots available for each published rate. After the 5 spots are filled, it is subject to the regular rate.
• Offer not combinable with other promotions or rates.
• Applies for immediate purchase; this rate is non-refundable.
• The last date indicated is the hotel departure date.
• The hotel does not allow pets.
• Every traveler must carry a passport with a minimum validity of 6 months before its expiration date. Only machine-readable or electronic passports will be valid. Additionally, travelers must present a valid international certificate of vaccination against yellow fever, issued at least 10 days prior to the travel date.
• Check-In—hotel entry time and bracelet delivery—is at 3:00 PM. The room will be delivered starting at 3:00 PM. Check-Out—hotel departure time—is at 12:00 PM (noon). Entries before or after these hours may be subject to additional charges according to hotel policy.
• Penalty for changes or cancellations made within 72 hours prior to check-in (3:00 PM on the day of arrival): an amount corresponding to one night's stay will be charged, and any remaining balance is non-refundable.
• Changes or cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to check-in will incur no penalty.
• All changes are subject to availability and rate differences.
• Promotional rates are non-refundable.
• No Show: In case of failure to appear on the day of the reservation without prior notice, 100% of the total value of the stay will be charged.
