Terms and Conditions

• The published value is per adult person per night, in triple accommodation, for a minimum stay of 3 consecutive nights in a standard room. Infants from 0 to 2 completed years of age on the day the reservation is used are free when sharing a room with at least one paying adult.
• Check the children's rate at the time of booking. Children are considered minors between 3 to 11 completed years of age at the time the reservation is used.
• The discount applies only to the accommodation rate with an all-inclusive plan.
• 5 slots available for each published rate. After the 5 slots, it is subject to the regular rate.
• Offer cannot be combined with other promotions or rates.
• Applies for immediate purchase, this rate is non-refundable.
• The last date indicated is the departure date from the hotel.
• The hotel does not allow pets.
• All travelers must carry a passport valid for a minimum of 6 months before its expiration date. Only machine-readable passports or electronic passports will be valid. Additionally, they must present a valid vaccination certificate against yellow fever at least 10 days prior to the travel date issued in international format.
• Check-In -hotel entry and wristband delivery time- is at 3:00pm. The room will be handed over starting from 3:00pm. Check Out -hotel departure time- is at 12:00md. Entries before or after these hours may be subject to an additional charge according to hotel regulations.
• Penalty for changes or cancellations made within 72 hours prior to check-in (15:00 hours on the day of entry): the value corresponding to one night's stay will be charged, and any remaining balance is non-refundable.
• Changes or cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to check-in will not incur a penalty.
• All changes are subject to availability and rate differences.
• Promotional rates are non-refundable.
• No Show: In case of failure to show up on the day of the reservation without prior notice, 100% of the total value of the stay will be charged.
