Our Material Topics
Climate Change Management
Identify physical and transition risks from climate change and define work paths to manage them so we can build a resilient business model that creates long-term value for stakeholders. This includes managing direct and indirect greenhouse gas emissions by setting reduction targets to help curb global warming.
Customer Experience Management
Design customer relationship programs and strategies that help us anticipate preferences and trends, implement best practices, and meet customer needs to ensure unforgettable experiences across our operations and improve satisfaction, loyalty, and brand reputation. Carbon Footprint Measurement
As a company, we have already measured our carbon footprint (Scopes 1 and 2) and will complete Scope 3 measurements in 2025. This will allow us to establish a baseline and a roadmap for reducing emissions throughout our value chain.
Regulatory Alignment
In 2024, we conducted a double materiality analysis (impact and financial) and began aligning with the European CSRD directive for sustainability reporting. In 2025, we will continue advancing the management of material topics and alignment with reporting and transparency obligations.
Certification
In 2025, we will implement certification processes for our hotels using a globally recognized sustainability label for the hospitality industry. This will help standardize, align, and guide the environmental, social, and governance aspects of each operation.
