At Decameron Hotels & Resorts, we ensure reliable contracting processes aligned with quality standards. Suppliers must comply with the subscription of guarantees, bonds and policies, keeping them current and updated according to the agreed terms. These must be issued by companies legally constituted and authorized in the country of negotiation.

"Decameron Organization through its companies and as Contractor may request guarantees, bonds and/or policies in accordance with the negotiation and it is the obligation of the future contractor and/or supplier to comply with the subscription of these, keep them current and updated in the terms and / or terms agreed in the negotiation.

The guarantees, bonds and/or policies subscribed by the contractor and/or supplier must be issued through companies legally constituted and authorized for such operation in the country where the negotiation is taking place or in accordance with the applicable legislation in the contract and/or negotiation (include all the documents that are an integral part of the negotiation such as: proposals, insurance annexes, etc.).

Important: It is the sole responsibility of the contractor and/or supplier to submit to the Decameron Organization broker or their own broker, all the information required for the constitution of guarantees, bonds and/or policies and to make the payment of the premium, prior to their respective issuance."
