• Environmental Sanitation Tax (Impuesto de Saneamiento Ambiental). The value established by the municipality of Baja California Sur must be paid directly at the hotel reception in Mexican pesos per room per night.

Conditions

• The published value is per adult person per night, in double occupancy, for a minimum stay of 1 night in a standard room. 
• Rate applies to adults. Check the rate for children when making the reservation. "Infants" are considered minors between the ages of 0 and 3 years, and "Children" are considered minors between the ages of 4 completed years and 11 years on the date of check-in at the hotel; from 12 years of age, they are considered adults and will be charged as such. It is essential to indicate the ages of the children in a family group when requesting the reservation and confirmation of services.

• Applies for immediate purchase.
• The hotel does not allow pets. It is important to clarify that only service or guide dogs are permitted in the hotels. Emotional support or therapy animals are prohibited, check conditions.
• Check-In - time of entry to the hotel and bracelet delivery - is at 3:00 pm. The room will be delivered between 3:00 pm and 5:30 pm. Check Out - time of departure from the hotel - is at 12:00 pm (noon). Entries before or after these hours are subject to additional charges according to hotel availability.
• Changes or cancellations are not allowed once the reservation is confirmed.
• It is the client's responsibility to verify that all entered data (dates, number of people, etc.) is correct before completing the purchase.
• In case of no-show or inability to use the reservation for any reason, no refund or modification will be made. This condition applies to all reservations made under this rate.
• No show: Confirmed reservations that do not show up at the hotel will be charged 100% of the total value of the stay.
