Conditions

• The published price is per adult person per night, in double occupancy, for a minimum stay of 1 night in a standard room. 
• Rate applies to adults. Consult children's rate when making the reservation. Minors between the ages of 0 and 3 years are considered "Infants" and minors between the ages of 4 years old and 11 years old on the date of check-in to the hotel are considered "Children"; from 12 years old onwards they are considered adults and will be charged as such. It is essential to indicate the ages of the children in a family group when requesting the reservation and the confirmation of services.

• The hotel does not allow pets. It is important to clarify that only service or guide dogs are allowed in the hotels. Emotional support or therapy animals are prohibited, consult conditions.
• Check In - hotel entry time and bracelet delivery - is at 3:00 pm. The room will be delivered between 3:00 pm and 5:30 pm. Check Out - hotel departure time - is at 12:00 md (noon). Entry before or after these hours is subject to an additional charge according to hotel availability.
• Changes or cancellations are not permitted once the reservation is confirmed.
• It is the customer's responsibility to verify that all entered data (dates, number of people, etc.) are correct before completing the purchase.
• In case of no-show or inability to use the reservation for any reason, no type of refund or modification will be made. This condition applies to all reservations made under this rate.
• No show: Confirmed reservations that do not show up at the hotel will be charged 100% of the total value of the stay.
