Conditions

• Reference rate applies per adult per night, in double occupancy, standard room, for a minimum stay of 2 consecutive nights.
• These rates are subject to hotel availability.
• Passengers who do not cancel their reservation at least 72 hours prior to arrival will be automatically charged for the first night of stay for each passenger.
• Passengers staying at the hotel who make an unexpected departure without presenting documentation for force majeure will lose the total value of unused services after their stay has begun.
• A 5% surcharge of the total amount to be refunded will be charged for each reversal request to credit and debit cards, even when the reservation is exempt from penalties.
• The amount paid for taxes is non-refundable and not subject to returns.
• No Show: In case of failure to show up on the day of the reservation without prior notice, 100% of the total value of the stay will be charged.
• If the user cancels the reservation and wishes to travel at a later date, the amount paid minus the value of penalties will be credited toward the new plan. The new plan will be subject to availability and rate differences and must be processed through an account settlement. Reservations are valid for 11 months from the moment of the first deposit; after this period, the total loss of the money occurs.
• The hotel does not allow pets. It is important to clarify that only service or guide dogs are allowed in the hotels. Emotional support or therapy animals are prohibited; check conditions.
• Check-In (hotel entry and bracelet delivery) is at 3:00 pm. The room will be delivered between 3:00 pm and 5:30 pm. Check Out (hotel departure) is at 12:00 pm. Entries before or after these times are subject to additional charges according to hotel availability.
