• Rate applies to adults. Inquire about child rates at the time of booking. Children are considered minors between 2 and 11 years old at the time of reservation use. Infants from 0 to 23 months old on the day of reservation use are free, sharing a room with at least one paying adult.
• Not applicable with other discounts or promotions, nor combinable with other promotions or rates.
• Promotional rate: allows cancellations for use in future bookings subject to rate differences and is NON-REFUNDABLE.
• The hotel does not allow pets. It is important to clarify that only service or guide dogs are allowed in the hotels. Emotional support or therapy animals are prohibited; please check the conditions.
• Check-In—hotel entry time and bracelet delivery—is at 3:00 PM. The room will be delivered between 3:00 PM and 5:30 PM. Check-Out—hotel departure time—is at 12:00 PM (midday). Entries before or after these hours are subject to additional charges according to hotel availability.
• Changes or cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to check-in will incur no penalty.
• Changes or cancellations made within 72 hours prior to check-in (3:00 PM on the day of arrival) will be charged the value of one night's stay.
