Conditions

• Reference rate applies per adult per night, in double occupancy, standard room, for a minimum stay of 2 consecutive nights.
• Rate applies to adults. Consult children's rates at the time of booking. Children are considered to be those between 2 and 11 years old at the time of using the reservation. Infants from 0 to 23 months old on the day of using the reservation are free sharing a room with at least one paying adult.
• Does not apply with other discounts or promotions, nor is it cumulative with other promotions or rates.
• Promotional rate, allows cancellations for use in future bookings subject to rate differences and is NON-refundable.
• The hotel does not allow pets. It is important to clarify that only service or guide dogs are allowed in the hotels. Emotional support or therapy animals are prohibited; please check conditions.
• Check-In -hotel entry time and bracelet delivery- is at 3:00 pm. The room will be delivered between 3:00 pm and 5:30 pm. Check-Out -hotel departure time- is at 12:00 pm. Entries before or after these times are subject to additional charges based on hotel availability.
• Changes or cancellations made more than 72 hours before check-in will not have a penalty.
• Changes or cancellations made within 72 hours prior to check-in (3:00 pm on the day of arrival) will be charged the value corresponding to one night's stay.
• In case of a no-show on the day of the reservation without prior notice, 100% of the total value of the stay will be charged.
