Conditions

• The published value is per adult per night, in double occupancy, for a minimum stay of 3 consecutive nights in a standard room. Infants from 0 to 23 months of age on the day of using the reservation, are free when sharing a room with at least one paying adult.
• Consult the children's rate when making the reservation. Children are considered to be minors between 2 and 11 years of age on the day of using the reservation.
• The discount only applies to the accommodation rate with the all-inclusive plan.
• 5 available spots for each published rate. After the 5 spots, it is subject to the regular rate.
• Offer not cumulative with other promotions or rates.
• Applies for immediate purchase, this rate is non-refundable.
• The last date indicated is the hotel check-out date.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Check-In - time of entry to the hotel and bracelet delivery - is at 3:00pm. The room will be delivered starting at 3:00pm. Check Out - time of departure from the hotel - is at 12:00pm. Entries before or after these hours, may be subject to additional charges according to hotel disposition.
• Changes or cancellations made within 72 hours prior to check-in (3:00 pm on the day of arrival), the value corresponding to one night's stay will be charged.
• Changes or cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to check-in will not have a penalty.
• All changes are subject to availability and rate differences.
• Promotional rates do not allow any changes or cancellations and are non-refundable.
• No Show: In case of no-show on the day of the reservation without prior notice, 100% of the total value of the stay will be charged.
