By booking Standard Plus and Ocean Front Plus rooms, the following services are included:

Terms and Conditions

• The published value is per adult per night, in double accommodation, for a minimum stay of 2 consecutive nights in a Standard Plus room. Infants from 0 to 23 months old on the day of reservation use stay for free when sharing a room with at least one paying adult.
• Inquire about child rates at the time of booking. Children are considered minors between 2 and 11 years old at the time of reservation use.
• The discount applies only to the accommodation rate with an all-inclusive plan.
• 5 slots available for each published rate. After the 5 slots, the regular rate applies.
• Offer not combinable with other promotions or rates.
• Applies for immediate purchase; this rate is non-refundable.
• The last date indicated is the hotel departure date.
• The hotel does not allow pets.
• Check-In—hotel entry time and bracelet delivery—is at 3:00 PM. The room will be delivered starting at 3:00 PM. Check-Out—hotel departure time—is at 12:00 PM (noon). Entries before or after these hours may be subject to additional charges according to the hotel's policy.
• Full payment of the reservation is required at the time of confirmation.
• This rate does not allow cancellations or refunds once the reservation is confirmed.
• In case of failure to show up on the arrival day (No Show) or failure to use the reservation, 100% of the total value paid will be charged.
• Date changes are allowed if the request is made more than thirty (30) calendar days before the arrival date, subject to availability and the rate in effect at the time of the modification. Any rate difference must be covered by the guest.
• For reservations where the arrival date is within 30 days prior to check-in (3:00 PM), changes may be requested subject to availability, applying a penalty equivalent to one (1) night of accommodation per guest, in addition to any corresponding rate difference.
