• The Gift Card can be redeemed at Decameron offices

• The activation of the Gift Card is carried out at the time of purchase and has an initial balance equivalent to the amount acquired.


• The Gift Cards have a value of **USD 100, USD 200, and USD 500** (US dollars)


• The Gift Card can be used for accommodation services, transfers, day passes, tours, and air tickets for our Decameron hotels in Peru and abroad.


• The Gift Card is nominative and can be used by any person who possesses it.


• The Gift Card is a bearer document; in case of loss or theft, Decameron is not responsible for its improper use; no replacements or refunds will be made for lost or stolen Gift Cards.


• The validity of the Gift Card is **1 year** from the day of purchase.


• The Gift Card amount must be used in its entirety; if the amount of what is being purchased is less, no change will be given in cash.


• Gift Cards are only used **once**


• A Gift Card that is not used within its validity period will no longer be valid.


• The Gift Card must be presented and delivered at the Decameron office to use it.


• The Gift Card is not valid for use in hotel services or on flights with Sky's convention rate.


• The sale of international Decameron destinations does not apply to the delivery of an invoice.


• Individuals who purchase a Gift Card will only be given a collection document.


• **No refund applies** for cancellations after the reservation is made.

• For cardholders who purchase a Gift Card and cannot pick it up themselves, it may be collected by third parties provided they present a letter of authorization signed by the cardholder + a copy of their ID (DNI).


• By purchasing the Gift Card, the user accepts these terms and conditions.
