Hoteles Decameron would like to clarify that the social media advertisement presented an inconsistency in the offer published for our "AON Dile Sí" campaign for our hotel in Bolívar, Decameron Cartagena, with travel dates from April 5 to July 31, 2023, and purchase validity from April 5 to April 30, 2023; considering that the value detailed in the advertisements as "STARTING FROM" ($390,000 COP) did not correspond to the rate stated in the terms and conditions published on our website.

It should be noted that once the error was detected, we immediately proceeded with the respective correction of the advertisement, thus registering the correct "STARTING FROM" rate ($930,000 COP) according to the number of nights and the announced discount.

We regret the confusion and inconvenience this may cause to those who choose us to enjoy their vacations.
