Early use

IMPORTANT: ADVANCE AND EXTENDED USE OF FACILITIES AND SERVICES IN HOTELS IN COLOMBIA:

 

Definitions:

 

• Advance use (AU): corresponds to staying within the hotel facilities between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. There are two types of UAI, from 7:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.

• Later Use (LU): corresponds to staying within the hotel facilities between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.

• The price of early or late use does not include room delivery.

• The price of early use (AU) includes: breakfast, lunch, snacks, bars, and use of the facilities. The price of late use (LU) includes: snacks, dinner, bars, and use of the facilities. These services are subject to availability and the management of the hotel.

• The UAI service, which is provided from 10:30 a.m., does not include breakfast service.

• The approval and sale of this service must be coordinated in advance with the management of each operation and will depend on the availability and operational capacity on each day.

• The AU service, which is provided from 10:30 a.m., does not include breakfast service.

• The approval and sale of this service must be coordinated in advance with the management of each operation and will depend on the availability and operational capacity on each day.

• Guests enjoying early use must wear a wristband.

• As a general rule, check-in time at the hotel is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm. Room assignments will be made between 3:00 pm and 5:30 pm.

• Children. The rate applies to all guests over 6 years of age. Children under 6 years of age do not pay for this service.

• Payment. The cost of Early and Late Use will be communicated and charged at the hotel, except for groups (more than 15 passengers), which will be charged at the point of sale.
