All guests staying at the hotel must present a valid photo ID (national ID or passport) at check-in.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed, except for certified service dogs assisting guests with disabilities. Admission requires vaccination records, a health certificate, ID tag, and official certification proving service animal status. Prior authorization is required, as the number of service animals permitted per hotel is limited. During the stay, service dogs must always be leashed or harnessed and under supervision. No lodging fee is charged, but a refundable deposit is required at check-out, subject to inspection. Specific conditions apply depending on the country.
What do I need to keep in mind when traveling with a minor who is not my child or first-degree relative?
If you’re staying with a minor who is not your child or a first-degree relative (such as father or mother) you must present written authorization signed by both parents or legal guardians.
To check in, please ensure you have the following:
•Download and completely fill out the original authorization form, including signatures and fingerprints.
•Attach the minor’s birth certificate or registration.
•Include copies of IDs from the authorizing party and the accompanying adult.
•In case one or both parents are deceased, the death certificate(s).
•If a parent’s whereabouts are unknown or they cannot provide consent, a sworn statement or valid legal authorization must be presented.
•If the legal guardians are not the parents, official documents proving guardianship are required.
Only legal adults may be authorized to accompany minors, and all documentation must be reviewed and approved in advance by our commercial team.
Failure to comply with these requirements will result in denied entry for the minor and may incur penalties according to the reservation policy.
