We went on vacation and the truth is that there is nothing to say about this hotel! Starting with the attention, which is fabulous, the girls at the reception are super helpful, the staff at the restaurants are spectacular, everyone is divine! Kind, friendly, attentive all the time, neat, clean! And what to say about the animation guys, fantastic!!!!!! Great fun, always energetic, happy, willing to give their best so that guests have fun nights! Truly an excellent combo!!! We couldn't have done better! Finally, the cleaning ladies...the rooms are impeccable, super friendly, sociable...friendly too! Divine...nothing to say about all the staff...always at the service of the guests...the guys at the bars, they make delicious drinks, always ready! The gardener, very friendly too!!!! One of the most beautiful things the hotel has are the gardens, BEAUTIFUL!!!!! All green, spectacular! And well taken care of. Thank you Hotel Decameron San Luis!! I hope we can return! It is absolutely worth it!!! 😄 Without forgetting the guys at the entrance!!!! Warm, attentive, always with a smile! Nothing to say about daily attention...about predisposition! Thank you thank you!! THE FOOD sublime! We loved it!!!! 🤭 We ate like never before haha... I recommend it! Go!!!! 👏👏

A great hotel with beautiful cabins. I really liked the buffet restaurant; the food is exquisite and seasoned with great flavor. It's a bit difficult to reserve a la carte dinners; you must arrive on the app by 8 a.m. sharp to make a reservation because spots are very limited. The recreational activities are simple but very good. They have a group with excellent service, especially Jordi. We really enjoyed our stay. We went with a person in a wheelchair; they need to improve the accessibility of the rooms and common areas a bit. For example, the piano bar is not accessible for disabled guests.

If you are looking to relax, be away from the noise, although it is a little far from the airport it is the ideal place. Of the Decameron de San Andrés, it is the one I like the most, since it has activities that others do not have, it has activities to do such as tennis, table tennis, etc., plus it has a very nice beach in front where you can swim (you can see fish, if you like to snorkel, bring your mask) the staff is friendly and the food is very good, in short it is the most complete Decameron if you are looking for tranquility. In front of the hotel you can rent motorcycles and mules.

I had a wonderful experience at the Hotel San Luis de San Andrés. From the first moment I felt welcome thanks to the warmth and kindness of all the staff. The facilities are comfortable, clean and very well maintained, which made my stay even more pleasant. The food service was excellent, with variety, good flavor and quality service. Furthermore, the shows and activities offered by the hotel were simply spectacular, full of joy and good atmosphere. Without a doubt, a great added value that made my days even more special. Thank you for making my trip such a beautiful experience. I would definitely return and recommend them with my eyes closed.

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are comfortable. The staff is very attentive and always smiling. The beach in front of the hotel is perfect for watching the sunrise. You can access the services of all the Decameron hotels on the island. What a lovely experience. The food is very varied (I found some delicious vegetarian options).
