Beautiful. A very Colombian natural setting, delicious food. Super-comfortable beds. Complete information and easy access to everything you need to visit. Excellent service and all the coffee you could want all day. This is my daughters' first time visiting Colombia. They've only been to Europe and have preferred this hotel over all the others they've visited. Thank you for representing Colombia so well.

The hotel is super nice, the rooms are comfortable and very clean, the staff is very attentive, they had a crib in the room for us without having requested it! They anticipate, they are very aware of everything! The food was delicious, they prepared a menu for my baby (without salt), super drinks, perfect and safe areas for children to have fun, good shows with staff with a lot of charisma, excellent service, we will definitely return!! 10/10.

Excellent hotel, the service of the workers is very good, they are very attentive, the rooms are always impeccable and in very good condition, the hotel has a very good layout and even with a high capacity it is always very quiet and has a very good family atmosphere, totally recommended to go with the family and take the trip to Panaca also which is very convenient distance from the hotel (the accommodation does not include the entrance to Panaca Park)

The place is clean, very tidy, the cleanliness and service is incredible, it is a cozy place, the food is delicious, the daily activities in the morning are fun, they are very fun and it is a space to have fun, at night there are beautiful activities, the bars have all the necessary variety, I can not stop saying that it is a perfect place to enjoy with children or adults (about the activities, I love the dance classes, they are really fun and they are not to perfect, they are to have fun, you enjoy the whole experience, among other super fun activities) the location is close to places where you can go if you do not want to be in the hotel all the time, such as the coffee park and Panaca, the staff is super nice (I give my appreciation to Andrés Camilo) it is super fun and they have a very good attitude, in conclusion this place is wonderful, would I come back? Very impressed with the friendliness of the staff. The facilities are nice, somewhat simple, but clean and comfortable. The food is delicious. The nightly shows are very entertaining. I wish the pool was open longer.
