Excellent hotel. Very quiet, large, and clean. I really liked the many plants. The food is varied and delicious. The service is excellent; they were always attentive. Andrea Esquivel from the entertainment team was especially kind and cheerful, and she took excellent care of us. We will definitely come back soon.

Good value for money, an all-inclusive family hotel for a relaxing break. The entertainment team is friendly, and the staff is generally attentive. I recommend it for a relaxing break; the buffet food is good. The beach restaurant for dinner could be improved; I liked the snacks, and the drinks were average.

I celebrated my anniversary at Grand Decameron Los Cabos as a member of the “Multivacaciones Decameron” program, and the experience was unforgettable. The staff truly made the difference: Ivan and José Alexis crafted amazing cocktails, Alejandro gave us a warm welcome in the lobby, Donatello, Andrea, and Alondra made entertainment so much fun, Esther kept our room spotless, and Angélica and Xóchitl gave us incredible massages. Special thanks to Ivette at reception for making us feel at home. While the bar could improve its selection, the talent and kindness of the team made our stay extra special. Highly recommend this resort, and I look forward to coming back!

We made the trip to relax, and we achieved our goal: a clean, safe hotel with very friendly service. We want to thank everyone for their attention, especially to Ángel and Melissa at reception, Karim the best boy, Julio at the restaurant, Alejandro, Enrique the Chino, and Eduardo at the bar, and Rogers and Bianca for the entertainment.
