An excellent place to relax and enjoy an experience where you are treated very well from the moment you arrive at the airport. You can tell that you are important to everyone who serves you. The facilities are perfect, my room was what I expected, and the food and drinks were delicious and very generous in terms of quantity.

I stayed at the Decameron Las Heliconias Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The place is surrounded by nature, with a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The staff service was excellent: always attentive, friendly, and very helpful. The varied and delicious food at the buffet, and the snacks and drinks available all day are a big plus. The recreational activities, swimming pools, and nightly shows mean there is always something to enjoy. I really liked that you can also access the facilities at Decameron Panaca (if you wish), which enhances the experience. I definitely recommend it for families, couples, or groups who want to enjoy the Coffee Region with the comfort of an all-inclusive hotel. I would go back without hesitation!

I loved the service, the attention, and the helpfulness of all the employees. They celebrated my birthday with dessert and singing, the rooms were always clean, and security inside the hotel was good. Fascinating.
