Beautiful place, very well maintained, super attentive staff making us feel at home. Excellent cleanliness, order, and service, delicious food, well presented. And the tours with Explora Decameron were very punctual, with a personalized guide.

Excellent hotel. Super comfortable rooms, super friendly staff, and excellent meals. It really makes a difference in a destination like the Amazon. I feel that they were very attentive to our well-being and our requests from check-in to check-out. The location is also very strategic and allows you to easily get everywhere. Highly recommended.

Many thanks to each and every one of the staff at Decameron Ticuna. They gave us unparalleled service and were always willing to go above and beyond. You make this a charming place. The physical structure of the hotel is very beautiful and well maintained. For me, it is the best hotel in Leticia. It is very close to everything. You can enjoy the sounds of nature all the time, which makes it a peaceful place. The tours offered by the Explorer agency complement the experience very well.
