Great staff. Room very clean and an outstanding vue. Food good but can be very spicy. Really enjoyed our trip. Renae Watson and Jordan took really good care of us at diner time. We plan on coming back next year!

I was impressed by the level of professionalism that all employees had. My waitress Samantha was so patients and kind to me and partner. The receptionist Malik Gordon was extremely helpful. Sweetness and Zoe kept us entertained. I love my experience here and I will come again.

I went for 7 nights the first week of September with my bf this year. The hotel is in central Montego Bay, directly by the beach. The hotel contains everything you need, drinks are great, food is good but you have to expect local food, the views from the room are fantastic and the facilities were always very clean too. This hotel is honestly perfect for the price you’re paying. The only downside is that the service is a bit slow but that is just the local atmosphere. Be patient , don’t be in a rush and you will have the best time. You will get on site plenty of choice to do activities everywhere in Jamaica safely with a driver and guide with a group. You can also get massages on site in a gorgeous cabana by the sea. I highly recommend it.

We enjoyed everything about this resort and had no issues at all. The room was spotless and newly renovated. Lots of towels were changed daily. The hot water and TV were great, with a wide variety of channels. The safe worked perfectly. The pool was spotless and maintained every morning. Check-in was quick and easy, and the front desk was very friendly. The food was delicious at every meal; we never had any issues with dishes, etc. I really can't say enough good things about this amazing place. The staff is so friendly and helpful. We left on September 5th and can't wait to go back. Take the bad reviews with a grain of salt. Everyone we spoke to, including us, had a great vacation and would return. We spoke to people who have stayed multiple times over the years. Highly recommended. Enjoy every moment.
