It is a very pleasant, comfortable hotel with excellent facilities. The staff are very attentive and diligent. The activities staff make sure that everyone is entertained and has a good stay. The food is very good and varied, catering to the needs and tastes of each guest. I recommend it!

My experience at the hotel was excellent. The services are of very good quality, with friendly staff who are always willing to help. The buffet offers a wide variety of options and the food is delicious. The rooms are comfortable and clean, as are all the facilities. In addition, the hotel has entertainment areas for children, such as a swimming pool with games and recreational areas on land that are in very good condition. Without a doubt, a very pleasant and recommendable stay.

I can't give it any more stars because there aren't any more, but I give it 200/10. If I had let myself be swayed by the bad reviews, I would have missed out on this wonderful hotel. It met all my expectations. I don't understand how people can give such a bad rating to a dream location. Now I'm starting to believe that there are some very capricious people out there who don't like anything. and don't like anything. My family and I stayed from June 21 to 23, 2025, and we found it to be a beautiful, very comfortable place. The service from all the staff was impeccable, the food was varied and DELICIOUS, the desserts were delicious, there were also diet options, the pools were super large, the rooms were large and comfortable, in short, the whole hotel was perfect for a great vacation. OBVIOUSLY, because it is such a large hotel, you have to walk long distances, but that doesn't prevent you from enjoying yourself. Finally, I loved seeing the raccoons. For those of us who love nature, this place is magical. I would not hesitate to return.

It is a hotel with beautiful scenery, as well as restaurants inside the hotel, several swimming pools of varying depths, beach access, and excellent service.
