• The published value corresponds to one adult person for three nights, in double occupancy and a standard room.
• The offer requires a minimum stay of three consecutive nights.
• The offer applies under the All-Inclusive meal plan.
• Each published rate has five available spots. Once sold out, reservations will be subject to the regular available rate.
• The offer cannot be combined with other promotions or rates.
• The rate is subject to availability at the time of reservation confirmation.
• Changes and cancellations are governed by the 72-hour flexible policy outlined in this package.
• Promotional rates or those explicitly identified as non-refundable will be governed by the conditions informed during the purchase process.
• The last date indicated corresponds to the hotel departure date.

• Check-in and bracelet distribution begin at 3:00 PM. Room delivery starts at 3:00 PM.
• Check-out takes place at 12:00 PM (noon).

Minors' Ages:

• Inquire about the applicable rate for minors at the time of booking.
• Guests from zero to 4 years and 11 months old are considered infants.
• Guests from 5 to 12 years and 11 months old are considered children.
• Guests 13 years old and over are considered adults, and the corresponding rate will apply.
• Disclosing the ages of all minors is mandatory when requesting the reservation and confirming services.

Change and Cancellation Conditions:

These conditions apply to reservations destined for Grand Decameron Los Cabos:

• Changes or cancellations made within 72 hours prior to check-in (3:00 PM on the arrival date) will incur a penalty equivalent to one night's stay.
• Changes or cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to check-in will incur no penalty.
• All changes are subject to availability and potential rate differences.
• Promotional rates explicitly identified as non-refundable do not allow changes, cancellations, or refunds.
• In case of failure to appear on the reservation date without prior notice—no-show—100% of the total stay amount will be charged.
