Included Experience: Pasaporte Terra Panaca

Discover Panaca, the National Agricultural Culture Park, located in Quimbaya, in the heart of the Coffee Region. Explore its trails and natural spaces while learning about different agricultural processes and interacting with the park animals.

The Pasaporte Terra is exclusive to Decameron guests and allows unlimited entry to the park during the days of stay, within its operating hours.

The Pasaporte Terra Includes:

Hours:

• General hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Low season: Open Thursday through Tuesday; closed on Wednesdays.
• High season: Open daily.
• Operating hours are subject to PANACA's schedule and operations.

Important:

• Outside food, alcoholic beverages, and soft drinks are not allowed in the park.
• Inter-hotel transportation operates with limited schedules and seats for guests.
• Inter-hotel transportation does not apply to groups or conventions.
• The Pasaporte Terra is personal and valid only during confirmed stay dates.

Terms and Restrictions:

• The published value corresponds to one adult person for three nights, in double accommodation and a standard room.
• The offer requires a minimum stay of three consecutive nights.
• The offer applies under the All-Inclusive meal plan.
• Each published rate has five available spots. Once sold out, the reservation will be subject to the regular available rate.
• The offer cannot be combined with other promotions or rates.
• The reference rate does not include airline tickets.
• The rate requires full payment at the time of reservation confirmation.
• The rate is non-refundable and does not allow changes, cancellations, or refunds.
• In case of failure to appear on the reservation date—no show—100% of the total amount paid will be charged.

• Check-in takes place starting at 3:00 PM.
• Check-out takes place at 12:00 PM (noon).
