• The published value corresponds to one adult person for the number of nights indicated in each package, in double accommodation and a standard room.
• The offer requires a minimum stay equal to the number of nights included in the package.
• The offer applies under the All-Inclusive meal plan.
• Services, amenities, activities, and benefits may vary depending on the selected hotel.
• Each published rate has five available spots. Once sold out, the reservation will be subject to availability and the current applicable rate.
• The offer cannot be combined with other promotions or rates.
• The rate requires full payment at the time of reservation confirmation.
• The rate is non-refundable and does not allow changes, cancellations, or refunds.
• In case of failure to appear on the reservation date—no show—100% of the total amount paid will be charged.
• The last date indicated corresponds to the hotel departure date.
• The hotel does not allow pets.
• Check-in takes place starting at 3:00 PM.
• Check-out takes place at 12:00 PM (noon).
• Early check-ins or late check-outs beyond these hours may incur additional charges and are subject to hotel availability.

Children's Ages for Colombia:

• Inquire about the applicable rate for children at the time of booking.
• Guests from zero years old to two years and 11 months old are considered infants.
• Guests from three years old to 11 years and 11 months old are considered children.
• Guests 12 years old and over are considered adults, and the corresponding adult rate will apply.
• It is essential to disclose minors' ages when requesting the reservation and confirming services.
• When the package includes flights or ground transportation, rates and conditions applicable to infants and children will additionally be subject to the carrier's policies.

General Tour Conditions:

• The tour is provided as a regular shared service.
• The activity must be coordinated directly at destination at the Decameron Explorer counter.
• The passenger must visit the counter to confirm the assigned date and time during their stay.
• Scheduling will be defined by Decameron Explorer and is subject to weather, operational, and access conditions.
• The passenger must present the corresponding voucher.
• If the passenger fails to show up on the confirmed date and time, the service will be considered rendered, and no refund will apply.
• Observation of fauna, flora, or natural phenomena depends on external factors and cannot be guaranteed.
• If the activity or any planned locations are unavailable, Decameron Explorer will inform about applicable alternatives.
• Pier taxes and municipal fees that are not expressly included must be paid at destination in cash and local currency.
