Terms and Conditions:

• The published price corresponds to one adult person for three nights, in double occupancy and standard room.
• The offer requires a minimum stay of three consecutive nights.
• The offer applies under the All-Inclusive meal plan.
• Each published rate has five available spots. Once exhausted, the booking will be subject to the available regular rate.
• The offer cannot be combined with other promotions or rates.
• The rate is subject to availability at the time of booking confirmation.
• Changes and cancellations are governed by the 72-hour flexible policy.
• Promotional rates expressly identified as non-refundable will be governed by the conditions disclosed during purchase.
• The last date indicated corresponds to the hotel departure date.
• Pets are not allowed at the hotel.
• Check-in and bracelet delivery begin at 3:00 PM. Room delivery takes place from 3:00 PM onwards.
• Check-out is at 12:00 PM (noon).

Children's Ages

• Check the applicable children's rate at the time of booking.
• Guests under two years old are considered infants.
• Guests from two years old up to under 12 years old—that is, up to 11 years and 11 months—are considered children.
• Guests 12 years of age and older are considered adults.
• It is mandatory to inform minors' ages when requesting the booking and confirming services.

Changes and Cancellation Conditions

• Changes or cancellations made within 72 hours prior to check-in—3:00 PM on arrival day—will incur a penalty equal to one night's stay.
• Changes or cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to check-in will incur no penalty.
• All changes are subject to availability and potential rate differences.
• Promotional rates expressly identified as non-refundable do not allow changes, cancellations, or refunds.
• In case of a no-show on the reservation date without prior notice, 100% of the total stay value will be charged.
