Airline Ticket Conditions

• Rates are subject to change and availability by the airline at the time of purchase.
• Depending on the fare purchased, the ticket may or may not include carry-on and/or checked baggage. Specific conditions will be informed during the booking process.
• Seat pre-selection is subject to airline policies and the selected fare class. On restrictive fares, seats may be randomly assigned.
• Additional services such as extra baggage, seat selection, priority boarding, or other ancillary services may be purchased directly with the airline, subject to availability and current conditions.
• The passenger is responsible for verifying that all information provided for ticket issuance matches their identification document or passport exactly.
• Name changes may not be permitted, according to the selected airline's policies and restrictions.
• Date, route, or flight changes will be subject to the conditions of the purchased fare and the airline's active policies.
• Tickets may be non-refundable according to the fare class purchased. However, exceptions provided for under applicable regulations and the corresponding airline conditions will apply.
• In case of a no-show, restrictions, penalties, or loss of ticket validity may apply according to the fare and airline conditions.
• Schedules and itineraries may be modified by the airline due to operational, weather, safety, or force majeure reasons.
• We act as intermediaries in the commercialization of air transport services. Service execution is the exclusive responsibility of the selected airline.
• All conditions are subject to the policies, restrictions, and regulations of the corresponding airline.

Terms and Restrictions

• The published price corresponds to one adult person for three nights, including airfare from the indicated city of origin, in double occupancy and standard room.
• The offer requires a minimum stay of three consecutive nights.
• The offer applies under the All-Inclusive meal plan.
• Each published rate has five available spots. Once exhausted, booking will be subject to availability and the regular active rate.
• Offer cannot be combined with other promotions or rates.
• The rate is subject to availability at the time of booking confirmation.
• Hotel component changes and cancellations are governed by the policy corresponding to the booking origin location.
• The airfare component is governed by the fare conditions and policies of the selected airline.
• Promotional rates or those expressly identified as non-refundable will be governed by the conditions disclosed during the purchase process.
• The last date indicated corresponds to the hotel departure date.
• Pets are not allowed at the hotel.
• Check-in begins at 3:00 PM.
• Check-out is at 12:00 PM (noon).
• Early check-in or late check-out may generate additional charges and are subject to hotel availability.

• The sale of alcoholic beverages and cigarettes to minors is prohibited.
• Decameron rejects child exploitation, pornography, and sex tourism involving children and adolescents.

Children's Ages

• Check the applicable children's rate at the time of booking.
• Guests under two years of age are considered infants.
• Guests from two years old up to 11 years and 11 months old are considered children.
• Guests 12 years of age and older are considered adults and will be charged the corresponding adult rate.
• It is mandatory to provide minors' ages when requesting the booking and confirming services.
• Airfares and flight conditions for infants and children will depend on the airline and the selected fare.

Changes and Cancellation Conditions for Colombia, Ecuador, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, and Panama

These conditions apply to the hotel component:

• Changes or cancellations made within 72 hours prior to check-in—3:00 PM on arrival day—will incur a penalty equal to one night's stay.
• Changes or cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to check-in will incur no penalty.
• All changes are subject to availability and potential rate differences.
• Promotional rates identified as non-refundable do not allow changes, cancellations, or refunds. This condition does not apply to passengers originating from Mexico.
• In case of a no-show on the reservation date without prior notice, 100% of the total stay value will be charged.
• The airfare component is non-refundable and subject to the conditions of the selected airline.

Changes and Cancellation Conditions for Peru

For the hotel component of bookings with full or partial payment that permit full or partial changes—date changes, reduction of passengers, or reduction of rooms—the following penalties per passenger will apply:

• Three days or fewer prior to check-in: value corresponding to the first night of accommodation.
• Between four and 15 days prior to check-in: USD 50.
• Between 16 and 30 days prior to check-in: USD 30.
• 31 days or more prior to check-in: USD 15.
• The airfare component is non-refundable and governed by the conditions of the selected airline.
