Enjoy a fascinating journey along ecological trails, forests, and natural landscapes unique to Colombia. At this theme park, located in Quimbaya, in the heart of Colombia’s Coffee Region, you will have the opportunity to explore agricultural processes and interact with over 4,500 domestic animals through 11 stations and 5 exhibitions, designed to combine fun with hands-on learning.
The Terra Passport is exclusively for Decameron guests during their stay, granting unlimited access to the park during opening hours (see park schedule) and entry to all 5 exhibitions: The Amazing World of Livestock, Panaca Exhibition, Pig Hall “Juan Chancho Monto-yá”, The Friendly World of Dogs, The Spectacular World of Horses.

Recommendations: Wear long pants, comfortable shoes or boots with non-slip soles, a hat, sunscreen, insect repellent, and bring cash for food and souvenir purchases within the park.

Not Included – Optional with Additional Cost: Interactive experiences, adventure activities (Zip Line, Tarabita Cable, Tibetan Bridge, Adventure Combo, horseback riding), Travesía Show, and animal feed.

• The published rate is per adult for 2 nights, based on double occupancy, for a minimum stay of 2 consecutive nights in a standard room.
• The offer applies to the All-Inclusive meal plan.
• Five (5) rooms are available at each published rate. After these are booked, regular rates will apply.
• This offer cannot be combined with other promotions or rates.
• Immediate purchase required. This rate is non-refundable.
• The last date indicated corresponds to the hotel check-out date.
• Pets are not allowed at the hotel.
• Check-In (hotel entry and wristband delivery) is from 3:00 p.m. Rooms will be available starting at this time.
Check-Out is at 12:00 p.m. Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges, subject to hotel policy.

• The sale of alcoholic beverages and cigarettes to minors is strictly prohibited.
• The hotel strictly prohibits child exploitation, pornography, and sexual tourism involving minors.

Children’s Ages
• Please consult the children’s rates at the time of booking. Guests under 2 years of age are considered Infants, while Children are those aged 2 to 11 years, based on their age at the time of hotel check-in. Guests 12 years of age and older are considered adults and will be charged accordingly. It is mandatory to indicate the ages of all children traveling as part of a family group when requesting the reservation and confirming the services.

Change and Cancellation Policy
• A penalty will apply for changes or cancellations made within seventy-two (72) hours prior to check-in (3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival). In such cases, an amount equivalent to one (1) night’s stay will be charged, and any remaining balance will be non-refundable.
• Changes or cancellations made more than seventy-two (72) hours prior to check-in will not incur any penalty.
• All changes are subject to availability and any applicable rate differences.
• Promotional rates are non-refundable.
• No-Show Policy: In the event of failure to arrive on the scheduled reservation date without prior notice, 100% of the total stay amount will be charged

Tour Conditions
• Tours operate on a shared regular service. Excursions are coordinated directly at the destination by guests at the Decameron Explorer Desk. Guests must identify themselves at the Decameron Explorer Desk, where they will be informed of the assigned date and time for the activity during their stay. Tour scheduling is determined by Decameron Explorer. Guests must present their service voucher.
• For nature-based activities, the visibility of flora and fauna is subject to external factors. Should any local operator be unavailable on the date of service, an alternative option will be arranged at the destination.
