Departure time from Tegucigalpa: 5:15 a.m., Monday to Monday – Arrival in San Salvador approximately at 1:00 p.m. Departure is punctual, and guests must arrive for immigration check-in 40 minutes prior to departure.
Return time from San Salvador: 12:30 p.m., Monday to Monday – Arrival in Tegucigalpa approximately at 7:00 p.m.

Children’s Ages
• Please check child rates at the time of booking. “Infants” are considered those under 2 years old, and “Children” are those between 3 and 11 years old at the date of hotel check-in. From 12 years old onward, the guest is considered an adult and will be charged accordingly. It is essential to indicate the ages of all children in the family group when requesting the reservation and confirming services.


Change and Cancellation Policy (does not apply to transportation services)
• Penalty for changes or cancellations made within 72 hours prior to check-in (3:00 p.m. on the arrival date): One night’s stay will be charged, and any remaining balance is non-refundable.
• Changes or cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to check-in will not incur penalties.
• All changes are subject to availability and rate differences.
• Promotional rates are non-refundable.
• No Show: Failure to arrive on the reserved date without prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the total stay.
