• Please note that, as this is an overland transportation service, hotel check-in will take place on the day following the bus departure date.
• To use the overland transportation service, passengers must arrive at the bus terminal at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled departure time.
• Baggage allowance: Carry-on luggage: 1 piece up to 10 kg, with total dimensions (length + height + width) not exceeding 115 cm. Checked luggage: up to 25 kg, with total dimensions (height + width + depth) not exceeding 158 cm per piece.
• Overland transportation tickets included in the travel packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Please note that overland travel packages do not include transfers between the bus terminal and the hotel, or vice versa. Guests must arrange transportation at their own expense.
• For any changes, modifications, or cancellations, we act solely as intermediaries; therefore, all requests are subject to the regulations and policies of each transportation company.

• The published offer applies to a minimum stay of two (2) consecutive nights.

• Check-in (hotel entry and wristband delivery) is at 3:00 p.m. Rooms will be available from this time.

Children’s Ages
• Please consult the children’s rates at the time of booking. Guests under 2 years of age are considered Infants, while Children are those aged 2 to 11 years, based on their age at the time of hotel check-in. Guests 12 years of age and older are considered adults and will be charged accordingly. It is mandatory to indicate the ages of all children traveling as part of a family group when requesting the reservation and confirming the services.

Change and Cancellation Policy (Does Not Apply to Transportation Services)

• A penalty applies for changes or cancellations made within seventy-two (72) hours prior to check-in (3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival). In such cases, the amount equivalent to one (1) night’s stay will be charged, and any remaining balance will be non-refundable.
• Changes or cancellations made more than seventy-two (72) hours prior to check-in will not incur any penalty.
• All changes are subject to availability and rate differences, if applicable.
• Promotional rates are non-refundable.
• No-Show Policy: In the event of failure to arrive on the scheduled reservation date without prior notice, 100% of the total stay amount will be charged.
