The Zero Stress package offers departures from different cities:
• Guadalajara with Vallarta Plus (Zapopan and Tlaquepaque)
• El Bajío (León, Irapuato, Celaya, Querétaro, Salamanca)
• Mexico City (Reforma: Río Mississippi on Reforma, next to the St. Regis Hotel Perinorte: Next to Sanborns, behind the taxi stand)
• Children from 0 to 4 years old stay free at the hotel when sharing a room.
• Children from 2 to 4 years old stay free at the hotel but must pay for bus transportation (mandatory).
• Children from 5 to 12 years old pay the child rate when sharing a room.
• From 13 years old and up, adult rate applies.

Guadalajara
Bus Service Penalty:
• Guayabitos: $1,150.00 per adult and $725.00 per child
• Complex: $1,510.00 per adult and $865.00 per child
Hotel:
• Cancellations must be made at least 10 days prior to arrival during low season and 30 days prior during high season. Otherwise, a full or partial no-show penalty will apply, equivalent to the total stay.

El Bajío
Bus Service Penalty:
• If canceled within 15 calendar days prior to hotel check-in, a penalty of $1,800.00 per person applies.
• If canceled more than 15 calendar days prior to hotel check-in, a penalty of $1,500.00 per person applies.
Hotel:
• Cancellations must be made at least 10 days prior to arrival. Otherwise, a full or partial no-show penalty will apply, equivalent to the total stay.

Mexico City
Bus Service Penalty:
• If canceled within 15 calendar days prior to hotel check-in, a penalty of $2,200.00 per person applies.
• If canceled more than 15 calendar days prior to hotel check-in, a penalty of $1,600.00 per person applies.
