Air Ticket Conditions to Providencia with Satena:
Includes 15 kg of checked baggage and 5 kg of carry-on luggage. Includes airport check-in. Tickets are non-refundable. Changes made prior to the travel date are subject to a penalty fee plus any fare difference, provided the ticket is not a No-Show. Airfares are subject to airline availability. Terms and Conditions:

• The published rate is per adult for 4 nights (3 nights in San Andrés and 1 night in Providencia), based on double occupancy in a standard room. Infants from 0 to 23 months of age at the time of the reservation are free when sharing a room with at least one paying adult.
• Child rates must be consulted at the time of booking. Children are considered to be between 2 and 11 years old at the time of the reservation.
• Offer applies to the All-Inclusive plan at the selected San Andrés hotel and a Bed & Breakfast plan at the Providencia hotel.
• Five (5) spots are available for each published rate. After these spots, regular rates apply.
• This offer cannot be combined with other promotions or rates.
• Immediate purchase is required; this rate is non-refundable.
• The last date indicated corresponds to the hotel check-out.
• Pets are not allowed in the hotels.
• Check-In (hotel entry and wristband delivery) is from 3:00 PM. Rooms will be available from this time. Check-Out is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges, according to hotel policy.
• Changes or cancellations made within 72 hours prior to check-in (3:00 PM on the day of arrival) will be charged the value of one night’s stay; any remaining balance is non-refundable.
• Changes or cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to check-in will not incur a penalty.
• All changes are subject to availability and rate differences.
• Promotional rates are non-refundable.
• No-Show: In the event of not arriving on the day of the reservation without prior notice, 100% of the total stay will be charged.
