- Our Check-In and access to the facilities is from 03:00 in the afternoon and the Check-Out time must be no later than 12:00 noon.
- Upon arrival, guests must present a valid identity document, this can be any picture ID card or passport.
- Please note that if you have arranged airport transfers with Decameron Explorer they will be scheduled to depart for the airport at 12:00 noon. Any changes to this schedule will be subject to an additional cost upon reservation.
- Reservations for à la carte restaurants are limited and must be made through the Decameron app.
- Pets are not allowed.
- No outside or unregistered persons are allowed to enter the hotel.
